Boston University has entrenched itself near the top of the Patriot League, winning the championship in 2022, finishing first in the regular season two years ago and getting edged by Lehigh in last year’s tournament final.
Holy Cross is at the opposite end, trying to gain traction after going winless in league play in 2024.
