After a disappointing 2023 season, Harvard made steps in the right direction last spring, but it wasn’t enough to break through in the very challenging Ivy League.
While some injuries hampered the team’s depth, it did allow for other players to step into bigger roles and improve, leaving many wondering what this team could be when at full strength.
Harvard is looking to test itself in 2025. Not only does the team have to play four teams ranked in the USA Lacrosse Top 20 from its own conference, the nonconference schedule features two ranked teams (Syracuse and Michigan) and two teams that were also considered (Colgate and Providence).
Heading into the new season, there’s a lot of optimism surrounding this team but also several questions.
