That first week of games in the MIAA is much like Week Zero in college football. There aren’t a lot of games, and the ones we do get aren’t the premier matchups we have circled on our calendars.
But things really started to heat up in the second week, with some of the state's powerhouses hitting the turf and a few results we could call upsets (at least for now).
