Loomis Chaffee beat Choate in the final game of the 2025 season, 8-7, to win its second consecutive Founders League championship -- and finish the year as New England Lacrosse Journal's No. 1 team.
While a three-peat is a possibility, the conversation over the team’s offseason hasn’t involved what went right last year; the conversation has been about what the team needs to do to get better.
The work has begun away from the field.
“That’s been a big push, guys working towards getting faster and stronger as opposed to only playing lacrosse all the time,” head coach Bill Ball said. “We’re lucky to have a strong strength and conditioning program here.”
