Belmont Hill defeated Tabor in overtime in last year’s championship game to secure its second straight title. Both of those teams have a spot in this year’s top five, but in what order? And which other teams join them?
The ISL is entering its fifth season that will end with championship and consolation tournaments, and it does so with four new head coaches.
