Ninety-seven boys from New England – 79 from high schools and 18 others from prep schools – have been named high school All-Americans by USA Lacrosse.
State champion Darien (Conn.), Staples (Conn.) and Bishop Guertin (N.H.) each saw four of their players recognized, the highest number from any school in the region.
Several other schools had three of their players selected -- New Canaan (Conn.), Billerica Memorial (Mass.), Lincoln-Sudbury (Mass.), St. John's Prep (Mass.), La Salle Academy (R.I.) and Deerfield.
