The pandemic has forced us all to reexamine many of the finer points of our lives. It’s also led to ideas turning into projects that are now manifesting as reality.
One such project is the Back It Up coaches summit -- a virtual lacrosse coaches symposium.
So, how did this get started?
“Back It Up started with three close friends Zooming together during the beginning of COVID, right after all on-field experiences shut down and the NCAA college and high school seasons were canceled,” said Back It Up director Corey Winkoff.
