The players in the class of 2028 made major impacts on their school programs and followed that up with standout summer campaigns for their club teams. All that effort is about to pay off, as players can begin making Division 1 college commitments on Sept. 9, the Wednesday following Labor Day.
There will be a lot of interest in players playing in New England, as the region features some of the best prospects in the entire country. We anticipate there will be a few prospects who will announce their decisions on Sept. 9, but that the majority of commitments will happen in the coming weeks.
Here are some of the offensive players, listed alphabetically, that should generate a lot of buzz early in the process. We'll also have a story on defensive standouts expected to gain interest.
