CIAC GIRLS: State tournament schedules, updates and results

The four CIAC girls lacrosse state tournaments have crowned their champions.

The finals took place Saturday at Fairfield University. Three of the No. 1 seeds closed out their seasons with titles. The exception was in Class S, where second-seeded Somers edged top-seeded Lauralton Hall.

Darien (Class LL) and Simsbury (Class L) successful defended last year’s state titles. Daniel Hand won the championship in Class M.
