Last month, Ty Curry helped St. Sebastian’s reach the title game of the Independent School League championship tournament for the first time.
A little more than three weeks later, Sarah Fortier scored the overtime championship-winning goal for Concord-Carlisle in the final of the MIAA Division 1 tournament.
Not a bad spring for a couple of cousins. And it keeps getting better.
Both were cited earlier this week during a morning ceremony at Fenway Park that recognized the Boston Globe Foundation/Richard J. Phelps Scholar-Athletes.
