Sacred Heart finished 2023 by winning four of five games in MAAC play, and it will look to carry that momentum into 2024 following a strong fall season.
With a bevy of returning top scorers on offense, and strong experience and leadership on defense, the expectations will be high.
And, this year, the Pioneers are taking a bit of a different approach in the fall.
Rather than playing a slate of external opponents, Sacred Heart kept things internal. The team had intra-squad scrimmages, with a focus on building their group internally.
