The new college season is officially underway across all three NCAA divisions.
While the college season is in its infancy, teams are still sorting out their lineups and deciding on playing time. Other teams haven't even played yet due to the massive amount of snow on the ground.
Whether it’s that player’s overall talent, a depth chart decimated by graduation, a team in need of a difference-maker — or any combination thereof — playing time is on the table for many New England freshmen.
