Since we took so much heat for our "MIAA coaching Mt. Rushmore" takes last week, we thought we would run it back with another controversial topic: the MIAA tournament format.
Right now, seedings for the Massachusetts high school playoffs are weighted by things like strength of schedule and margin of victory/defeat. Wins always matter, but there are other considerations.
But in an ideal format, should conference championships and geography be part of the formula? Is there an ideal format?
