MIAA girls lacrosse seasons are almost upon us.
In Division 2, any projections need to start with the two teams that faced off in last year’s state final – three-time defending champion Notre Dame Academy and runner-up Walpole.
Beyond those teams is an array of potential contenders that could make this a very competitive and interesting title chase.
This preview looks at the two tiers of contenders in Division 2 – two favorites, plus six other teams that might be good enough to challenge them.
