The fall tournament season is upon us, which means that several players across the region are looking to ride the last wave of recruiting.
However, a large percentage of seniors have already made their college commitments. We’re going to take a closer look at which schools have the most commits in the region, sorted by league.
The Independent School League has always been a breeding ground for college talent. In recent years, it’s been one of the most stable producers of Division 1 prospects in the entire region. There is a reason that Massachusetts has the most boys lacrosse club teams of any state in the country, and a lot of those guys play at ISL schools.
On the surface, it’s a whole lot of quality but maybe a little less quantity when you compare this class to that of previous ones. However, one of the hallmarks of a league this large is that each team has its own pockets of talent, and this senior class is going to inherit a lot of expectations given the programs that have come calling at the next level.
