The NESCAC has long been considered the strongest conference in Division 3 lacrosse.
Last year, seven of its 11 teams were selected for the NCAA tournament. Tufts and Bowdoin both reached the final four, with Tufts steamrolling everything in its path to win its second straight national championship.
What can we expect when the 2026 season begins shortly? Well, Tufts is still the team to beat, but several other teams enter the season brimming with optimism.
