We all know that the majority of the nation’s strongest prep school boys lacrosse teams are in New England.
The ISL is the most local to Massachusetts residents. The Lakes Region calls New Hampshire and Vermont home. The NE West and Founders League are in the Nutmeg State. The prep season has been underway for the last few weeks, so it's time to update our rankings.
A number of top teams that have usually been in the undefeated column early on this season no longer hold that distinction. As a result, this first batch of rankings is based on more than just record -- strength of schedule plays a role.
These are the top 10 prep teams in New England through the first week of April.
