The summer showcase and tournament series kicked off with tournaments across the region last Saturday and Sunday.
One of the tournaments with the most local players participating was the Primetime Lacrosse Shootout held recently at Babson College.
The club circuit launched before the Massachusetts high school playoffs even finished, but lacrosse never sleeps, and neither do recruiters. Here are a few players who stood out on defense.
