The state tournaments in Connecticut have more chalk than Bart Simpson in detention.
All four boys lacrosse classes will play their semifinal rounds on Wednesday. Every class saw its top four seeds make the semifinals except for Class M, where the No. 5 seed, Brookfield, is the spoiler.
The only defending champion to lose in the quarterfinal round was Fairfield Prep, which was ousted in Class LL by in-form Darien. Repeats are on the table everywhere else.
