From the outside looking in, it seems like the Boston College women’s lacrosse team has a lot of holes to fill before its Feb. 7 season opener against Loyola.
The Eagles graduated eight starters from last year’s NCAA title team, including first-team All-Americans Belle Smith and Sydney Scales (Walpole, Mass.).
Inside the team, though, it’s business as usual.
“I think that’s just life in college sports. Each year people graduate, but you bring in new people and new energy,” said BC junior goalie Shea Dolce (Darien, Conn.).
