The majority of teams in the NESCAC have only been playing for a few weeks, but so far a number of teams have emerged with some surprising -- and unsurprising -- results.
In most cases, offense has been the galvanizing factor, but it’s not the only reason for the success of these teams in or out of conference play.
There's plenty of season left to change the script, but there's no disputing that some teams have left the starting gate faster than others.
