The last time BC High beat St. John’s Prep was on April 4, 2023. The score was 14-5.
Unfortunately, that is still the last time that BC High defeated SJP, as the Eagles finished off Saturday's MIAA Division 1 championship game with a wild overtime flurry of shots, capped by a Luke Kelly goal, to win their fifth straight title at Mass. Maritime Academy in Bourne.
Earlier, Scituate claimed a long-awaited title in Division 3 and Billerica Memorial did the same in Division 2.
