The Atlantic Coast Conference cemented its status as the best league in Division 1 when North Carolina won its fourth national championship last spring.
It’s become a popular landing spot for many of the region’s top recruits, even more so after attractive West Coast options Stanford and California joined the league for the 2024-25 school year.
