Noble and Greenough made it four straight post-pandemic titles in the Independent School League last season, but the team was pushed like never before.
The team that did most of the pushing was Governor’s, which ended Nobles’ long winning streak against league opponents in early May, and took the champs to the wire in the championship game of the ISL tournament, losing 9-7.
