Strong goaltending is almost always a prerequisite for lacrosse success.
Over the years, our region has been blessed with talent at that position. New England products have gone on to star at national powers like North Carolina, Boston College and Northwestern, and fill voids across Division 1 and in the NESCAC, and more.
There’s always a strong crop of goalies in the Independent School League, and a look at that position can give us a window into the upcoming season.
