DEVENS, Mass. — The Legacy Lacrosse Elite Showcase, which concluded last week, is the largest club team tournament in New England.
Like in years past, there were a lot of Double-A teams to see, which is always exciting. Laxachusetts hosts the event and had two teams in the '27 AA group: Laxachusetts Black and Laxachusetts Yellow. Teams like 2 Way, 3D New England, HGR, Stallions, Eclipse and NH Tomahawks all fielded strong '27 teams in an effort to unseat the hosts.
Now, this is a recruiting tournament, and most of the players are still looking for their next opportunity at the college level.
Still, multiple high-profile players have already made their commitments but are still playing this summer going into their senior seasons.
