Connecticut high school lacrosse season is underway. As always, the level of public school talent in the Nutmeg (or if you prefer, Constitution) State is on par with that anywhere in America.
The FCIAC remains a solid stronghold and factory for future college lacrosse talent, and 2025 is no exception. Traditional powers like Darien, New Canaan and Staples have reloaded.
Younger teams like Wilton gained valuable experience. Ridgefield welcomes a new head coach to take the reins on a program that has ascended to nationally-ranked levels over the last decade.
Here is a look at the favorites, contenders and teams deserving of more respect from the FCIAC.
