It was in October of 2020, in the heart of the pandemic that paralyzed life and sports, that Reagan O’Brien (Charlestown, Mass.) made her commitment to play at Johns Hopkins.
Some 4½ years later, there’s no debating the choice – or the mark she’s made.
O’Brien, a junior, set the NCAA single-season record for caused turnovers during Hopkins’ close loss to Northwestern in the Big 10 semifinals on Friday. Her team is set up well to receive an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament.
