For players who live and breathe lacrosse, the Winter Box Lacrosse League offers an ideal platform to sharpen their skills and build camaraderie in the offseason.
The 10-week league features 18 teams representing high schools (private and public) across New England. While the WBLL teams are unaffiliated with the high school leagues, they are organized by school under a customized WBLL jersey. This gives players a unique opportunity to play alongside their teammates ahead of the spring season.
Playing in the WBLL has a slew of benefits for player development. It’s a highly competitive league, with the 2026 season featuring more than 100 college-committed players.
Games are played at the Boston Sports Institute in Wellesley, Mass.
