We’re halfway through the MIAA lacrosse season, and it’s been ample time to learn who the favorites for state titles are in each of the four classifications.
But what about the dark horses?
Which are the teams that might not be the trendy picks to claim championships at this point, but have shown that they're good enough to make things interesting against the top teams?
We went through the divisions and found more than a dozen. Here are 14 teams that could make some noise from their spots on the playoff game board come June.
