SUDBURY, Mass. — The recent New England Lacrosse Showcase once again offered a sneak preview of some of next season’s top squads in the MIAA, and beyond.
NELS is a chance for high school teams to unite after their seasons and compete without their graduated seniors and coaches. It’s a competitive atmosphere that tells us a lot about the teams and the players from the rising sophomore, junior and senior classes.
Today we take a look at St. John's Prep, which went 19-3 and lost in the semifinal round of the MIAA Division 1 tournament, ending that program's five-year championship reign.
